Where do you get your charms?

Every charm you see at Jo Studio Co is designed in-studio, created from original sketches and ideas that have been signature to our brand since 2019.
Once designed, our charms are hand-crafted by our partner artisans, using custom molds made exclusively for us. Nothing here is generic, mass-produced, or found in a catalog — each charm is a little piece of our story, made just for the Jo Studio Co community.

When will I receive my order?

All U.S. orders ship within 2 business days.
This is something we’re extremely proud of — for six years, we had a 2-week (or longer) turnaround time while juggling small-batch production and growth.

But in 2025, when we rebuilt and refined the entire brand from the ground up, we upgraded our operations so we could offer the same signature jewelry you love — just faster, smoother, and more reliable than ever.

What is your return policy?

We offer store credit for returns within 12 days of your order date.
If anything arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it immediately — no questions asked. We stand behind every piece we create and want you to feel taken care of every step of the way.
